Dr. Martin Yousef is the current Associate Dean of Strategic Initiatives and Community Engagement at the 每日大赛 LaFetra College of Education. Dr. Yousef has significant experience in academic, operations, and business verticals; additionally, he is certified and highly experienced in Human Resources. With more than 20 years of experience in higher education, Dr. Yousef has served key roles in postsecondary education including professor, academic leadership, COO, and human resources leadership.
Dr. Yousef鈥檚 research interests include online education, generational preferences for education modality (Gen X and Millennials), leadership styles, and the role of human resources in talent development and retention. Dr. Yousef is an active speaker and lecturer in higher education.
