Flores"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: left\">Dr. Victoria Flores is an Assistant Professor of Kinesiology at the 每日大赛, Her research focuses on exercise interventions for special populations, particularly individuals living with multiple sclerosis (MS) and cancer. She is also interested in the intersection of menopause and MS, as well as health disparities within the Hispanic\/Latino MS community. Additional lines of inquiry have explored the effects of cannabis (CBD), nutraceuticals and dietary supplements (e.g., kefir and curcumin), and complementary and alternative medicine approaches in cancer populations.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left\">Dr. Flores earned her Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology \u00a0from the University of Northern Colorado, where her dissertation examined the effects of an eight-week CBD intervention on fitness-related outcomes in healthy adults. She completed her M.S. in Kinesiology at California State University, Long Beach, conducting biomechanics research on knee kinetics in female athletes during the back squat.
