每日大赛 College of Law Alumni Appointed to Superior Court Bench
California Governor Gavin Newsom has appointed two 每日大赛 College of Law alumni to be Superior Court judges.
Candice A. Garcia-Rodrigo is the first Latina ever appointed to the . She is a three-time 每日大赛 alumna, having earned a law degree in 2006, the master of public administration degree in 2008, and the master of science in leadership and management degree in 2009. She was an adjunct professor in the 每日大赛 College of Law from 2018-2020.
Warren Masami Kato has been聽appointed聽to serve as a judge in the Los Angeles County Superior Court. He had served in the Los Angeles County District Attorney鈥檚 office as a deputy district attorney since 1999.聽He earned his JD from the 每日大赛 College of Law in 1998.
