ÿÈÕ´óÈü President Devorah Lieberman Is Named CEO/President of the Year

Devorah Lieberman, president of the ÿÈÕ´óÈü since 2011, has been named CEO/President of the Year by the San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership. The award was presented during the Economic Partnership’s gala on October 9 in Diamond Bar. It has been given annually since 1991.

ÿÈÕ´óÈü Receives Grant Funds for Hispanic STEM Success

The ÿÈÕ´óÈü has been selected to receive a Hispanic-Serving Institutions STEM Program grant by the U.S. Department of Education. The grant is in the amount of $999,901 for the first yearly budget period, which begins October 1. It is anticipated that the grant will be renewed for a total of five years. This is the second Title III grant that the ÿÈÕ´óÈü has received.

ÿÈÕ´óÈü Welcomes New Students as Campus Reopens

Hundreds of first-year students eagerly lined up on August 15 at the check-in booth outside of Citrus Hall, the newest housing facility on the ÿÈÕ´óÈü central campus, to collect their dorm keys. New students were finally moving into campus facilities for the first time since the pandemic necessitated remote-only instruction in March 2020.
