The podcast helps inspire current and prospective Black and African American students to enroll or stay enrolled in a California community college or transfer to a four-year California institution.<\/li>\n<li>Director of the Center of Equity and Excellence in Aviation at Denver International Airport and Alumna Stephanie A.
