The Fall recruiting season is designed to help students find positions for this Fall, Spring, and next Summer. The following employers participated this year:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Asian Pacific American Dispute Resolution Center<br \/>\n\u2022 Best Best &amp; Krieger LLP<br \/>\n\u2022 Bet Tzedek<br \/>\n\u2022 Legal Advocacy Project<br \/>\n\u2022 Moran and Moran LLP<br \/>\n\u2022 Riverside County District Attorney\u2019s Office<br \/>\n\u2022 Silver &amp; Wright LLP<br \/>\n\u2022 United States Army JAG Corps<br \/>\n\u2022 Wood Smith Henning &amp; Berman LLP<br \/>\n\u201cThis fall, we had a good mix of law firms, government entities, and public interest organizations,\u201d said Michael Chen, Director of Career Services &amp; Professional Development. \u201cThere was a good selection to choose from.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>More students participated this Fall than in previous years; as a result, more students received employment offers than in previous years. \u201cI received three interviews and two job offers, so I would definitely say that this Fall\u2019s recruiting season was fruitful,\u201d said Jason Steele, a 2L student.<\/p>\n<p>La&nbsp;Verne Law hopes to continue to successfully place students during the remainder of this semester. The next planned activity for the Career Development Office is the publication of a booklet of resumes, which will be sent to local law firms. \u201cWe want to continue the momentum,\u201d said
