\n<\/strong>Our welcome ceremony will focus on a warm welcome from our Chief Student Affairs Officer and an introduction of our Orientation Week Leaders.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
9:00am – 10:40am<\/strong><\/td>\nMeet Your Orientation Week Leader (Students only)<\/strong>
\nStudents will have the opportunity to meet their Orientation Week Leader and get tips on how to thrive at the university. You will experience an activity with your Orientation Leader

9:00am – 9:45am<\/strong><\/td>\nHealth & Wellness Session (Parents \/Guests only)**<\/strong>
\nCampus partners will be sharing their services, such as Campus Safety, Counseling & Psychological Services, etc.

9:55am – 10:40am<\/strong><\/td>\nAcademic Resources (Parents \/Guests only)<\/strong>
\nThis is an opportunity for you to gain more knowledge of the academic resources available at the University.

\n<\/span><\/strong>Get the opportunity to meet the Housing & Residential Life and explore what it means for your student to live on-campus.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n<\/strong>Learn about the path to graduation, the academic calendar, and things to know as you prepare to register for classes.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n<\/b><\/strong>This session will review financial aid process, types of financial aid and discuss payment options and alternatives.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\nThis is an opportunity for each college to help prepare their students for their 1st year at the University.<\/span>

\n<\/strong>This session will provide helpful information to parents regarding their student’s transition to the University. This session will also be provided in Spanish as well.

\n<\/strong>The C-Word: Consent is an educational, highly interactive, Title IX compliant program. This program uses a combination of audience interaction, improv exercises and thoroughly researched information to break down walls and have a frank, difficult, but needed conversation about bystander interaction, effective boundary setting, online behavior, and survivor resources.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
11:00am-11:35am<\/strong><\/td>\nGetting Prepped for Success<\/strong>
\nStudents will have the opportunity to learn about the Academic Success Center and what services and opportunities they have to offer.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\nThe Career Center will present information on how to get connected to programs and service through Handshake, ULV\u2019s online career platform and introduce an exciting spring semester kick off of #GETREADYULV, How to make the most of your ULV year experience.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
