The 每日大赛 is committed to providing students access to comprehensive health and mental health resources throughout their academic journey at the University.\u00a0 \u00a0In addition to established resources like CAPS<\/a>, Student Health Center<\/a>, and the\u00a0<\/span>The Randall Lewis Center for Well-being and Research<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0 The University also offers the TimelyCare (Tele-Counseling)<\/a> a virtual health and well-being platform.<\/span><\/p>\n

This service is made possible through funding from the\u00a0Health and Wellbeing Fee<\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0<\/span>Institute of Mental Health and Psychological Well-Being<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a student enrolled at the 每日大赛, you can access free virtual health and well-being support, as well as self-care content, anytime.<\/p>\n

TimelyCare (Tele-Counseling) <\/a>provides the following services:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Virtual Crisis Counseling (TalkNow):<\/span><\/b>\u00a0Provides 24\/7 access to on-demand emotional support.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Virtual Counseling Sessions:<\/span><\/b> Students can now schedule virtual counseling sessions at any time, including after hours and during breaks, with a diverse group of professional therapists (12 visits per academic year).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Self-Care Content:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0Students have access to 24\/7 self-care tools and resources, such as meditation and yoga sessions, helpful videos, and expert articles.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Peer Community<\/strong> \u2013 Students can share their experiences with a nationwide network of students\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Care Navigation<\/strong> \u2013 Students have the resources to create a personalized care plan \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Q: Who can use TimelyCare<\/a>?<\/p>\n

      A: All students enrolled at the 每日大赛 can use TimelyCare<\/a>.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Q: How much does it cost to use TimelyCare<\/a>?<\/p>\n

      A: Registered students have 12 free scheduled counseling sessions per academic year.\u00a0 After the 12th session, students have the option of accessing additional care through CAPS<\/a> or continuing sessions with their chosen timely care therapist ($79 per session).<\/span><\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Q: I have insurance, how does TimelyCare<\/a> benefit me?<\/p>\n

      A: With TimelyCare<\/a>, you will have free, 24\/7 access to providers from anywhere in the United States, regardless of your insurance status. So, you\u2019ll never have to spend time or money on care, whether you\u2019re on or off campus.<\/p>\n

      Q: When can I use TimelyCare?<\/p>\n

      A: TimelyCare<\/a> can be accessed 24\/7. Student accounts are active from August 1st-July 31st.<\/p>\n

      Q: What can I be treated for?<\/p>\n

      A: TimelyCare\u2019s <\/a>providers can offer support for a wide range of mental health common concerns, and after talking to you, they will decide on the best course of treatment.<\/p>\n
